Virtually every cruise ship has a licensed doctor on board to handle emergencies.
If you suffer from a medical condition, check with your travel agent before booking
to make sure the ship on which you are cruising can handle your needs. There are
additional charges by the doctor for visits, and/or medications administered on
board the ship.
